eSafetyAware partners discuss future campaign priorities

eSafetyAware partners met at a workshop 18 September 2008 to discuss cooperation with key stakeholders and priorities for future campaigning.

eSafetyAware had invited representatives from three important stakeholder groups:

Insurance

Driving schools

Car dealers

A range of potential  cooperation activities were discussed and will be presented to the eSafetyAware board in October 2008. Activities are planned to be launched before the end of the year to support the ESC deployment effort of eSafetyAware.

The eSafetyAware members also discussed priorities for future eSafety campaigning. The technologies targeted for campaigning will be defined based on the existing impact assessment studies and their conclusions in respect to impact on road safety.
